Earlier this week, Cristiano Ronaldo hit out at Erik ten Hag again, saying it was difficult for Manchester United to fight in several competitions at the same time.
In his press conference on Thursday, the Dutch coach tried to downplay the Portuguese’s words
“He said that Man United cannot win the Premier League. He said this, if you read the article very well,” stated Ten Hag.
“Ronaldo is far away in Saudi, far away from Manchester. Everyone can have an opinion. It’s okay!”, he added.
Things did not work out between Ten Hag and Ronaldo during the 2022/23 season.
