Milan shields the great talent Francisco Camarda

The Italian club, Milan, has officially announced that it has secured the great talent, Francisco Camarra, with a long-term contract.

Francesco, born in Milan on March 10, 2008, joined the red and black youth academy at the age of 7. He has stood out for his technical skills and impressive goalscoring record in the youth sector.

During the 2021/22 season, he was instrumental in helping his team secure the Scudetto with the U15s.

He spent last season with the U19 team, making a total of 41 appearances and scoring 14 goals across the league, UEFA Youth League and Coppa Italia Primavera.

On 25 November 2023, aged 15 years, 8 months and 16 days, he became the youngest player ever to make his Serie A debut in a home match against Fiorentina. He also made a second appearance at the San Siro against Frosinone.

Between May and June, the young striker participated in the U17 European Championship with the national team, contributing to the title win with 5 appearances and 4 goals and was named the best player of the tournament.

Currently, along with four other red and black players, he is participating in the U-19 European Championship that is being held in Northern Ireland.

This has caused Milan not to think long and shield their great talent with a four-year contract.

“AC Milan has announced that Francesco Camarda has signed his first professional contract. Francesco will continue his adventure with the Reds and Blacks in Milan Futuro and will stay with the club until June 30, 2027,” the announcement states. /Football Match Up/
