Liverpool have reportedly reached an agreement with Brentford for the sale of Fabio Carvalho.
Carvalho joined Liverpool in the summer of 2022 after excelling with Fulham in a fantastic season for him on a personal level.
However, after failing to show good form at Liverpool in his first season, Jurgen Klopp decided to let him go and the Portuguese moved on loan first to Leipzig, then to Hull City.
The 21-year-old showed very good performances with Hull City and was said to have impressed Arne Sloti in the pre-season, however the club have decided to sell him this summer.
According to The TimesLiverpool has reached an agreement with Brentford for the sale of Carvalho for the amount of 27.5 million euros, including bonuses.
The Reds will also keep 17.5 percent of his future sale money, but Fulham have reportedly included 20 percent of his future sale and are expected to earn that percentage after his sale.
Should the transfer procedures be completed quickly, then Carvalho would be available to Thomas Frank for the opener against Crystal Palace on August 18./Football Match Up/
