Based on the competences of the Board of the Basketball Federation of Kosovo (FBK) that arise from the Statute, namely Article 23, paragraph 1.1, as well as in accordance with the Work Regulations of the FBK Board and the Work Regulations of the Assembly of the FBK , namely Article 3, on 18.07.2024, after the acceptance of the proposal by the Chairman of the FBK, the Board of the FBK decides to convene the Regular Electoral Assembly of the FBK on August 30, 2024, with the following agenda:
- Selection of working bodies:
– Head of work;
– The verification committee;
– Process holders.
- Approval of the minutes from the meeting of the Labor Assembly on February 13, 2024;
- Presentation of the candidates for FBK Chairman (each candidate has up to 10 minutes);
- Voting for Chairman of FBK;
- Voting for FBK Board members;
- Voting for members of the FBK Supervisory Council;
- Different.
This decision enters into force on the day of its approval.
